Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "you") and Kryx Studio ("Company," "we," or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using our games and services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility and Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Services. If you reside in the European Economic Area (EEA) or the UK, you must be at least 16 years of age.

By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements. If you are under the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf.

2. Virtual Goods and Currencies

The Services may include virtual currencies, items, or enhancements (collectively, "Virtual Goods").

• No Monetary Value: Virtual Goods are licensed to you, not sold or owned by you. They have no "real-world" monetary value and do not constitute personal property.
• Non-Transferability: Virtual Goods cannot be sold, traded, transferred, or exchanged for real money outside of the Services.
• Refund Policy: All purchases of Virtual Goods are final and non-refundable, except as strictly required by applicable law or third-party platform policies (e.g., Google Play). We reserve the right to manage, modify, or eliminate Virtual Goods at our sole discretion without liability to you.

3. Local Storage and Data Responsibility

• Local-Only Data: Kryx Studio does not maintain user accounts or remote cloud saves for your overall game progress or purchased Virtual Goods. All such data is stored strictly locally on your device.
• Risk of Loss: You are solely responsible for maintaining your device security and local save data. If you uninstall the application, clear the application data, or if your device is lost or damaged, all game progress and purchased Virtual Goods will be permanently lost. We are not liable for any such loss, and we cannot restore or refund lost local data.

4. Prohibited Conduct and Anti-Cheating

Kryx Studio maintains a zero-tolerance policy regarding unfair play. You agree not to:

• Reverse Engineer: Decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive the source code of any part of the Services.
• Manipulate Data: Engage in leaderboard manipulation, memory hacking, or the use of unauthorized third-party software (bots, hacks, mods).
• Exploit: Use glitches or "bugs" for unintended progression or unauthorized acquisition of Virtual Goods.

Sanctions: Violation of this section may result in an immediate and permanent ban of your Service-side ID from our leaderboards, or a permanent block of your device, without prior notice.

5. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, KRYX STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Poland.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of these Terms. Continued use of the Services after such updates constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
